A grade II listed building & historic inn in the heat of Llangollen revitalised as a dining & cocktail venue.

The brief was to provide a new kitchen & service extension to serve the original inn; to maximise tables & provide 5* accommodation whilst retaining and celebrating the traditional features & listed charm of an important building within the popular town of Llangollen.

The design had to respond to the listed status, whilst creating modern amenities.

I was the Architect from concept through to tender, and returned to visit the completed building once opened.
