SALFORD RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT 2018

As development manager, I worked closely with a developer to guide a new build, residential scheme of 119 apartments through planning, tender & early construction.

The brownfiled site located next to an old Church and in walking distance to the University, had views from the upper levels over Manchester city centre.

My role started with a review of the site planning in relation to sales, budget & brief; co-ordinating a S73 application; regular sales & marketing reviews; co-ordination & management of stakeholders; tender & early works package. We tackled site remediation, fire damage and a forgotten unused basement to get the site cleared and ready for construction.
