LINDFIELD FAMILY HOUSE FEASIBILITY 2014

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA 

The site is situated in Linfield, a popular suburb in the upper North Shore of Sydney.

The brief was to consider how this large family home could be reconfigured to provide a granny flat, a teenagers retreat, an entertainment area with pool, garaging and a home office, whilst still maintaining the original dwelling as the heart of the home. The slope of the site at the rear was used to create two levels; one for living & one for entertainment - to create retreat in a multi generational home.

I was the project Architect on this project - creating a sketch scheme that was presented to the client for consideration. The project is not yet built.
