EDGECLIFF APARTMENT 2016

An existing apartment located in the Eastern suburbs, Sydney NSW, Australia.

The brief was to update & remodel the existing apartment to create a modern but ‘in keeping’ feel - to take advantage of the 270degree sweeping view of Sydney skyline & Middle Head.

The design used new timber floorboards, a new fully integrated kitchen with stone benchtops; a new timber external deck & a full joinery package. We created a new office island at the entry with fold away joinery doors.

I was the project Architect from tender to completion under the direction of Annabelle Chapman. The client moved into the completed apartment in early 2016.
