A steep sloping site in Balgowlah, Sydney with far reaching views over Manly and Sydney harbour.

The clients wished to construct a new family home with home office and entertainment area.

Early in my employment at Utz Sanby Architects, I was asked to produce 3D computer modelling to assist the Architect and client to finalise materials, fixtures and fittings post planning approval. The project has not yet been built.
